Wales Rugby International 7s and 15s. Represented Wales in the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2017, and Wales 7s in the Commonwealth Games 2018. I play club rugby for Wasps Ladies in the Premier 15s and also represent the British Army and U.K. Armed Forces.
