Courtney Keight
1992
I started playing rugby in my first year of university for Swansea, so have only been playing for 4 years. I joined Pontarddulais club and played a few games for them before joining Swansea Whites in my third year of university. Following my performance in the cup final for Swansea I was asked to play sevens for Wales. I then played for the Ospreys in that same year and also got invited to train in the autumns squad for Wales. I got my first cap in the Autumns against Ireland and have also had another cap in the six nations coming on against France. I have now joined Bristol Bears where I have already started to develop so much more as a player and I would be happy to share what I have learnt so far with others.
