1. Wales Women
I started playing rugby at Swansea University whilst studying for a degree in Materials Engineering in 2014. With dreams to earn a Welsh cap, I signed for my local premiership side, Swansea RFC in 2016. I was then successful at trials for the welsh regional side, the Ospreys in 2017 and impressed enough to get a call up to Wales’ autumn series training squad that year. Earned my first cap in the 2018 six nations against Scotland and have been involved with the squad ever since, earning a total of 15 caps. I’ve recently signed for Bristol Bears women for the 20/21 season in order to improve my game with goals to selected for Wales in the Women’s World Cup 2021 in New Zealand.
