Leah Lyons

An ireland women’s rugby international, in her 6th season, playing in 5 nations, 1 Women’s rugby World Cup. First cap at the age of 21. Started off playing rugby at the age of 6 in Fermoy rfc till the age of 13 with them joining Fermoy lionesses until the age of 18. Moving to a Highfield rfc a Divivion 1 club in the AIL. I’m this time representing Munster rugby from u18,u19 and women With many interpro titles. In 2018 moved to Harlequins in england and continuing to play and progress as an athlete. Coaching degrees with a level 1 and level 2 courses both with the IRFU and RFU. Working through my time with Munster rugby, Harlequins Through there centre of excellence and Head Coach of Surrey university.
