Can I enter multiple times?
If the competition is free you will be able to have one entry per account. If it is a paid competition then the more tickets you buy the better your chances of winning. Please read our T&Cs for additional information on entering online competitions.
How can I thank the sponsors that create FREE competitions?
You can thank them by clicking the link on the competition page and going to their website. The more we thank the businesses they more free events we can put on.
How do I know if I have not won?
Only winners will receive confirmation emails however you may receive promotional or thank you messages post the event.
How do I know if I have won?
If you are the lucky person to win you will receive an email confirming your win and what the next steps are.
How is a winner created?
The Moonrise platform will randomly generate a winner on the platform for us once the competition has been completed.
Why are there free competitions?
